French - What you will learn

Lisa Storrar (Year 8)

It widens our opportunities later in life as languages are an important part of lots of jobs and it is good because it gives us a chance to expand our vocabulary in foreign languages.

Jamie Thompson (Year 9)

French in Year 9 is a very interesting subject because you learn lots more vocabulary and learn how to make more complete sentences and phrases. I find French much easier this year than I did in year 7 because I now know lots of basic phrases that helps to make sentences more complicated and interesting.
